STAAD Warehouse Structural Design Calculations

I need a complete set of structural analysis and design calculations for small buildings, modelled and solved in STAAD.Pro and fully compliant with the latest AISC provisions. The final package will be used for permit submission and fabrication, so clarity and traceability of every assumption are essential. I will provide the sample calculation and template as well

The scope covers gravity, wind and seismic loading development, creation of the STAAD model. Connections do not have to be detailed, but the design should report the required forces at each joint so our detailing team can take it from there.

Please include:

• STAAD .Pro input file and the final optimized model
• A calculation report (PDF) showing load cases, combinations, deflection summaries, member unity ratios and foundation checks, all referenced to the relevant AISC clause
• A short design brief (Word or PDF) summarizing key assumptions, design parameters and any warnings or limitations highlighted by STAAD

I will provide the architectural layout, material grades and site parameters immediately after award. Use standard AISC LRFD load combinations unless a particular jurisdictional requirement conflicts, in which case note the deviation clearly.

Deliverables will be reviewed against AISC code checks within STAAD. Any member with a unity ratio above 0.95 must be highlighted for discussion before sign-off.
