Retail Store Fitout Specialist Needed (Australia building code knowledge required)
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I'm looking for an experienced commercial fit out professional to transform a pre-existing open retail space into a more functional layout, in accordance with the Australian building codes as of 2025.
Key tasks include:
- Creating dedicated rooms in the current open space in the back for 4 rooms total with a hallway
- Refitting the checkout counter to also include a functional room
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proven experience in retail store fitouts
- Strong spatial planning and design skills
- Ability to work within a set budget
- Knowledge of 2025 building codes and regulations in Australia
