The total built-up area of the residence is approximately 1,575 sq. ft. We require a qualified professional to design the complete structural system of the building, ensuring safety, durability, and compliance with relevant building codes and standards.
Scope of Work:
Structural design and analysis of the residential building
Foundation design (pile foundation is expected based on preliminary understanding of site conditions)
Conducting or arranging soil investigation and preparing the soil testing report
Incorporating seismic design considerations as the site falls under a seismic zone
Preparation of detailed structural drawings and documentation
