I’m preparing to build a new home and need a civil engineer whose focus is structural engineering to transform my architectural concept into a safe, code-compliant design. The assignment centres on the full structural layout for a residential building—from selecting framing systems and sizing members to producing detailed drawings and calculations suitable for permit submission and contractor use.
Key deliverables
• Complete structural plans (foundation, framing, roof, lateral systems) in CAD/PDF
• Load and material calculations stamped or signed as required by jurisdiction
• Specification sheet covering concrete, steel, timber, or other chosen materials
• Brief design summary that explains assumptions, codes referenced, and any alternatives considered

SWPPP / Land Disturbance Plan
– Grading, Road Profiles & Stormwater Grade Plan
