I'm seeking a Freelance structural engineer with a PI of £2million or over to develop detailed structural design for a residential building. I already have architectural plans ready for your reference, a good idea of the strucutral design we need.
Key Requirements:
- Expertise in structural design for residential buildings
- Proficiency in interpreting and working with existing architectural plans
- Knowledge of UK building regulations and standards
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

- Professional engineering degree and relevant certifications
