I need a licensed structural engineer to provide beam sizing calculations and stamped drawings for residential remodels, repeat business.

Scope includes:

Evaluate an existing load-bearing wall removal
Size and specify required beam (LVL/steel)
Provide stamped structural drawings/calculations for permit approval
