Residential High-Rise RCC Design

I am moving ahead with a multi-storey residential project—at least six floors plus a full basement—and need a complete reinforced-concrete structural package. The frame must integrate shear walls for lateral stability and several cantilevered elements, so experience detailing those features is essential.

Scope
You will run the full analysis and design workflow, preferably in ETABS, SAFE or an equivalent platform, then turn the results into construction-ready documents. All work must satisfy the latest Indian codes (IS 456, IS 875, relevant seismic provisions) and local authority submission formats.

Deliverables
• Structural analysis model files
• Design calculations for beams, slabs, columns, shear walls, basement retaining walls and cantilevers
• Reinforcement drawings in AutoCAD (PDF + DWG) with clear bar bending schedules
• General notes, loading criteria and a concise design brief suitable for approval
• A material take-off / BOQ extracted from the model

Acceptance Criteria
The drawing set aligns with the analysis results, bar arrangements are clash-free, drift and deflection limits are within code, and the basement wall design includes.
