Residential Glass Windbreak Installation

First of all, I need a structural engineer to provide plans for the owners of a rooftop patio. Also, I need a skilled installer to put up a 38' long glass windbreak on the rooftop of the residence. The primary purpose is wind protection, and the glass should be clear. I also prefer a frameless design and glass as high as possible.

Requirements:
- Install 30" high glass windbreak above 42" pony walls (38 linear feet)
- Professional finish and secure installation
- Experience with glass installation is preferred
