Residential Floor Plan Revision

I have an existing set of residential floor-plan drawings and I need a clear, well-documented revision that adjusts the current room arrangement rather than adding or removing spaces. The goal is to fine-tune the layout so circulation, furniture placement, and daylight lines up better with how the house is actually used.

You will start from my current PDF and DWG files, review the trouble spots I flag (I’ll mark them on a red-line copy), then return a fully updated plan that reflects those changes—clean layers, correct dimensions, and legible annotations ready for permitting or contractor pricing.

Please work in AutoCAD (or compatible software) and deliver both the native file and a print-ready PDF. I’m happy to jump on a quick call or share a screen recording to walk you through the existing layout before you begin, and I’ll turn comments around quickly so we can wrap this in a single iteration if possible.
