G+4 Residential Floor Plan Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need complete architectural floor plans for a new ground-plus-four residential building. The layout must prioritise comfortable living spaces while reserving dedicated areas for a residents’ gym at front area as per skethes and on-site parking spaces.
Scope of work
• We are seeking a skilled freelancer to prepare architectural floor plans for a G+4 residential building. The project involves creating detailed floor plans, elevations, and sections for a building with a total area of As per sketches. The ideal candidate should have experience in architectural design and be proficient in using Autodesk AutoCAD. The project is expected to be completed in less than a week.
Preparation of Architectural Floor Plans for a G+4 Residential Building, first two floors for house owner personal use as per the sketches and from 2nd to 4th floor it will be for renting apartment type with two to three apartment per floor
(One Spiral stair case)
• Show clear circulation: staircases, lift core, corridors and fire-escape routes that meet local code.
• Integrate the gym so that noise and vibration do not disturb adjacent units, and plan the parking bays for efficient vehicle flow and easy access to the lobby.
• Indicate plumbing shafts, electrical risers and refuse storage to keep future MEP coordination straightforward.
Deliverables
1. Scaled floor plans (PDF + editable DWG or RVT).
2. Area schedule for each unit and common space.
3. Two design iterations based on my feedback before finalising.
Acceptance criteria
– Drawings align with applicable building and fire regulations.
– Gym and parking counts match the brief without reducing livable unit sizes.
– Final files open error-free in AutoCAD 2020.
