Residential Extension Structural Drawings

I need complete structural design drawings for a set of new rooms that will be added onto my existing residential building. The goal is to integrate the additions seamlessly with the current structure while meeting local building codes and standard residential load requirements.

Please base the drawings on typical residential materials (reinforced concrete and masonry) unless a better alternative is clearly justified. I will supply the current floor plans, site measurements, and any photographs you need as soon as we open the project. You will translate that information into clear, construction-ready structural plans.

Deliverables

• Basic structural calculations or notes that support the sizing of key members

DWG or RVT files plus a clean PDF set will be ideal.
