Residential G+3 Elevation & Interior Redesign
Budget: ₹5,000 – ₹18,000 INR
I am looking for an experienced building elevation and interior designer for my G+3 residential project, currently in the foundation stage, so changes in window and door placements are still possible.
Scope of Work
1. Elevation Design (North & East Faces)
Modern-style elevation using brick work, natural stone, and terracotta
Avoid costly cladding materials
Must include W-shaped terracotta jali
Profile lighting integrated into the façade (day & night concepts)
uPVC sliding windows & balcony doors preferred, but alternative styles can be suggested if required
No wooden panels as we want minimal wood usage
Provide multiple rendered images:
-Day & night views
-From different angles
-Close-up material/detail shots
Provide measurement drawings (elevation with dimensions)
2. Interior Design (1 Floor)
Full interior space planning for 1 flat only
Can reposition windows for better interior functionality
Provide:
- Floor plans with furniture layout
- Measurement drawings
- False ceiling & lighting plans
- Electrical points layout
- Suggested material & colour palette
- 3D rendered images for key areas (living, bedrooms, dining, kitchen, etc.)
Modifications & Revisions
- Elevation: up to 2 revisions
- Interior design: up to 3 revisions
Deliverables Required
- Final 3D rendered images (HD quality)
- Source files (SketchUp / 3ds Max / Revit / or similar)
PDF + DWG files for:
- Elevation drawings with dimensions
- Interior floor plans with measurements
- Lighting & ceiling layouts
Also needed Material specification sheet
At least 2–3 design concepts before finalizing
Payment Terms
30% after elevation design is finalized
Remaining 70% after interior design completion
Additional Notes:
- Building is North-East corner property
- No costly cladding or heavy-maintenance materials
- Designer should guide on practical, cost-effective solutions
- Walkthrough animation / video
- Landscape design for garden and swimming pool area
- design such a way to have least maintenance
- provide a workstation in balcony and another workstation in master bedroom near window.
- place a swing in hall
- plan a lot for greenery in corridor and balcony
