Residential CAD Floor Plan Design

I’m preparing a new residential project and need precise CAD floor plans that I can take straight into permitting and construction. The scope is limited to the floor‐plan level; elevations, 3D renderings, and other extras are not required at this stage.

You’ll start from my hand sketches and room notes (I have overall dimensions and a rough layout ready). I’ll count on you to translate those into clean, fully-dimensioned layers in AutoCAD or a comparable tool, following typical residential standards and leaving each discipline—walls, doors, windows, fixtures—on its own layer for easy edits later.

Please highlight relevant experience in your bid, especially similar residential layouts you have produced. Native .dwg files plus print-ready PDFs are required.

Deliverables
• Fully dimensioned residential floor plan in .dwg
• Matching PDF sheet sized for 24"x36" plotting
• Layered file structure (walls, doors/windows, fixtures, annotations separated)

Once I review a first pass, I’ll return mark-ups for one revision round before final approval.
