Residential Building Layout Plan
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I need a complete, built-ready layout plan for a new residential project. From the site boundary through to the final room arrangement, I want every line to be construction-grade and neatly organised in a single AutoCAD (or compatible) file, accompanied by a clear PDF set for quick reference.
The drawing package must cover the overall site plan, each floor’s layout, wall tags, basic dimensions, door-window scheduling, and sensible circulation flow. If you see opportunities to integrate a garden or landscape strip, allocate parking bays, or even reserve space for a future swimming pool, please flag them—those elements weren’t fixed in the questionnaire but could add value.
I will provide the lot dimensions, local setback rules, and a short brief on style preferences as soon as we start. Your deliverable should be:
• Editable DWG (or Revit) file with organised layers
• Print-ready PDF sheets sized to A1 and A3
• A quick revision round to fine-tune room sizes or minor annotations
