Residential AutoCAD Drawing Package

I have a residential building concept that now needs to be converted into a full set of AutoCAD drawings. The task is strictly architectural: I am not looking for mechanical or electrical layouts—just clean, accurate architectural work.

Here is what I need delivered:
• Floor plans for every level, fully dimensioned and to scale
• Exterior elevations showing materials and heights
• Building sections that clearly communicate structure and floor‐to‐ceiling relationships

Files must be produced in AutoCAD (.dwg) and accompanied by print-ready PDFs. I will supply reference sketches and key dimensions as soon as we start; you will layer the drawing logically (walls, doors, windows, annotations, etc.) and keep everything in metric units.

Please factor at least one round of revisions into your timeline so we can fine-tune room sizes and façade details. If you are comfortable meeting typical residential code conventions and delivering precise, well-organized CAD files, I look forward to working with you.
