Residential AutoCAD Building Design
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
This assignment turns a fresh residential concept into a construction-ready drawing package produced entirely in AutoCAD. I will provide the plot dimensions, basic zoning constraints, and a hand-sketched layout; your task is to translate that material into a tidy, buildable set of plans that a contractor can follow without hesitation.
Main deliverables
• Architectural floor plans, elevations, and sections in layered DWG files
• A basic structural layout (columns, beams, slab thicknesses) coordinated with the architectural set
• Sheet layouts in paper space with title blocks and viewports ready to print to PDF
• A final PDF set exported at A3 size for authority submission
Share samples of previous residential work—screenshots or lightweight PDFs are ideal—so I can assess drawing quality and consistency with local practice. Clear layer naming, true-to-scale dimensions, and logically grouped annotation will be the decisive acceptance criteria. One revision round is included after my initial review; the job closes once the updated package is delivered and verified.
