Residential Architectural SketchUp Model
Budget: $15 – $25 AUD
I need a clean, well-organized SketchUp model that captures the overall massing and basic spatial layout . At this stage I’m focused on architectural schematics rather than photoreal visuals, so the priority is accurate proportions, clear floor-to-floor heights, and logically grouped layers/components that make later detailing easy.
Scope
Initially draw up 2 external stair cases (that require some modifications), elevation and floor plan
+ An elevation showing a new beam across the ceiling of a residential appartment.
• Exterior form, window/door openings, major interior walls, and stair cores.
• Simple materials or colours only where they help readability—no high-end rendering work required.
Deliverable
• Native .skp file compatible with SketchUp 2020 or later, layered and purged of unused items.
• A short screen-capture walk-through (or scene tabs) that shows the main spaces and viewpoints so I can review the layout quickly.
I’ll provide hand sketches, reference photos, and key dimensions as soon as we start. If you’re comfortable building tidy schematic models in SketchUp and can turn this around efficiently, let’s talk timing and any clarifications you need.
