Residential Apartment Building Concept Design
Budget: $250 – $750 NZD
I am seeking an enthusiastic architect or designer to create a preliminary design for a residential apartment building. The project involves designing a floorplate of approximately 720m2, featuring 6 one-bedroom, 2 two-bedroom, and 1 three-bedroom apartments per floor. This floor will be replicated to construct a 6-storey building, with two identical buildings planned for the site.
Key Requirements:
- Develop a preliminary floorplan focusing on an efficient layout for amenities.
- Design should accommodate the main structure being all concrete.
- Provide a bulk and location plan for the two buildings on the site.
- Deliver one rendered interior image of an apartment, highlighting modern design features and liveable functional spaces.
- Create a render of the two 6-storey buildings on the site, suitable for a marketing concept brochure.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in architectural design and planning for residential buildings.
- Proficiency in creating efficient and functional layouts.
