I’m ready to move ahead with the full structural analysis and design of a new reinforced-concrete residential building and need an experienced structural engineer to carry the project from concept through signed-off drawings.
Project outline
The architecture is settled; what’s missing is a complete structural package that proves the building’s integrity and satisfies local code. You’ll determine member sizes, reinforcement schedules, and load paths, model the frame, and refine the design until calculations and drawings align.
Key expectations
• Perform full analytical modelling (ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD, or comparable) for gravity, wind, and seismic loads.
• Optimise a reinforced concrete framing system—slabs, beams, columns, shear walls, foundations.
• Produce clear structural drawings (PDF + DWG) and a calculation report stamped or ready for stamping in my jurisdiction.
• Flag any architectural conflicts early and propose practical adjustments.
• Provide one consolidated revision round after my municipality’s first review.
Acceptance criteria
A sealed (or seal-ready) calculation booklet, coordinated structural drawings, and a concise design summary that demonstrates code compliance will constitute completion.
