Recreate Architectural Drawings in AutoCAD from existing marked-up pdf copies

I need the attached architectural plans redrawn from the existing PDF set into clean, fully-layered AutoCAD files. While you are recreating the sheets, please incorporate my mark-ups: adjust the overall layout as noted and, for the preliminary issue, remove the specified utility runs.

When the redraft is complete, I will require two separate outputs:

• Preliminary package – utilities removed per markup
• Final package – full utilities included

Deliverables
1. Native .dwg files for both versions, organized on logical layers and at the same scale as the originals.
2. Two print-ready PDF sets that match the sheet sizes, line weights and numbering of the source.

Acceptance criteria: all dimensions and call-outs must align with the original PDFs; revised layouts reflect every markup;
