I am planning to construct a G+1 RCC residential house .
I already have an architectural layout and approximate column / beam / slab sizes based on my own research, but these are only reference. Your responsibility will be to analyze, correct, optimize and finalize the structure properly as per Indian IS codes.
Scope required:
– Column, beam, footing and slab design
– Staircase detailing
– Full RCC drawings
– Bar Bending Schedule (BBS)
– Structural calculations
– PDF + editable AutoCAD (DWG) files
– Revision support if layout changes
– Clarification support during construction
House includes G+1, double-height center area, staircase and swimming pool on one side.
Please confirm:
Design as per IS 456 / IS 875 / IS 1893
Delivery of calculations + BBS + DWG
Number of revisions included
