Project Brief: Architectural Design for a New Building Based on an Existing Structure

We are looking to develop a new building based on an existing structure that has already been constructed. The new building should closely resemble the existing one in its external design, while featuring a completely different interior layout to suit our updated needs.

Project Requirements:
• Digital architectural design based on the existing building
• New internal layout tailored to our specifications
• Final output to include:
• AutoCAD drawings (.dwg)
• Printable architectural plans (PDF or similar)
• 3D visualizations of both the exterior and interior
• All measurements must reflect accurate, real-world dimensions to ensure smooth and error-free construction

The original building’s design files will be shared upon agreement.
