Precise AutoCAD Existing House Plans

I have an accurate topographic survey, a set of photos, and my own hand-taken measurements for an existing house. What I need from you is a clean, fully scaled drawing package in AutoCAD that mirrors the sheet layout of my example file but corrects every dimension.
Scope
The building footprint is already traced in the survey; the floor-plan geometry in my DWG is visually right but numerically wrong. Using my annotated sketches (Casa das Roseiras 01/02/03) and the photo set, redraw everything at 1:100—then develop two cross-sections and four exterior elevations that align perfectly with those updated plans.
Deliverables (all in .dwg + print-ready PDF)
• Ground-, first- and roof-level plans at 1:100
• Two coordinated cross-sections showing floor-to-ceiling heights and terrain cut line
• Four true-to-scale elevations tied to the survey levels
• Title blocks, north arrow, graphic scale, and any notes placed exactly as in the sample sheets
Key requirements
• AutoCAD only—no Revit or SketchUp files.
• Keep layer names, lineweights, and sheet size consistent with the example I supply.
• Use the survey spot heights for all reference levels so sections/elevations match site topography.
Timeline
I need the full set back by 5 January; interim PDFs for a quick review by 3 January would help catch any final tweaks.
