I need a civil engineer who already holds an active Arizona PE license and is based in Phoenix. The assignment centers on structural design for a residential building. I want to sit down together at key milestones rather than handle everything remotely.
Scope
• Review my preliminary architectural plans and advise on any layout changes that will improve structural efficiency and code compliance.
• Produce full structural calculations and stamped drawings suitable for City of Phoenix permitting.
• Coordinate any follow-up responses the city might request until the permit is issued.
We will schedule an initial in-person meeting to walk through the drawings and site constraints, then agree on a timeline for draft delivery, revisions, and the final sealed set. Please confirm that you are locally licensed and comfortable meeting when needed.
