Pharmacy Fitout CAD Redraw

I have a full set of PDF plans for a pharmacy (chemist) refit but, as you’ll see, the scale is slightly off and several call-outs have drifted. I need those sheets accurately re-drawn in AutoCAD so I can lodge them with council and pass them straight to my builder.

Here’s what I’ll hand over:
• The current PDFs (existing + concept layouts)
• Notes on intended finishes, ceiling heights and joinery where they differ from the PDFs
• A short video walk-through of the tenancy for reference

And here’s what I need back:
• Clean, properly scaled DWG files covering demolition, proposed partition walls and furniture elevations
• One coordinated title-block and layer system so the three plan types overlay cleanly
• Scope for you to add any drafting comments or minor optimisation suggestions you think will help the trades onsite
• Optional: if you can spin up a quick 3D walk-through or simple Revit export, flag that in your bid and list any extra time/cost

Standard dimensions are all that’s required; no bespoke tolerance call-outs. Just make sure the walls, joinery runs and key fixtures line up with the measured grid in model space.
