I need a Colorado-licensed general contractor who can be the contractor of record and secure the building permit for a new picnic shelter and adjoining sports field on our church campus in Centennial. The architectural drawings are already underway and will be delivered to you in code-compliant format, so your primary task is to submit those plans under your license, satisfy any contractor-of-record requirements set by the City of Centennial/Arapahoe County, and walk away once the permit is in hand.
Because our team will handle ongoing communication with the city after the permit is issued, I only require your help through the point where the permit is approved and released. Please confirm that your GC license is current in Colorado, carry the insurance the jurisdiction expects, and are comfortable signing the standard permit documents.
Deliverable:
• A valid, approved building permit for the picnic shelter and sports field, issued by the City of Centennial and transferred to us once obtained.
