Palm Beach Addition Permit Package

I’m taking a single-family home in Palm Beach County through an addition and full interior remodel and now need a complete, permit-ready drawing set. Architectural design is my top priority and the aesthetic direction is modern Key West with a clear emphasis on minimalist lines and clean detailing; every plan, elevation, and section should communicate that restraint.

Scope of work
• Architectural sheets covering floor plans, roof, reflected ceiling, exterior elevations, building sections, schedules, and a concise finish legend that supports the minimalist concept.
• Structural calculations and drawings coordinated to the architectural layout and compliant with local wind-load requirements.
• MEP sheets (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) fully coordinated with both the new addition and existing areas so the entire package can be stamped and submitted to Palm Beach County in one pass.

Deliverables will be provided in CAD (DWG) and print-ready PDF, formatted to county title-block standards. I will supply survey, existing drawings, and any site photos once we begin so you can integrate them seamlessly into the set. My goal is to walk into the building department with a package that earns immediate acceptance; accuracy, consistency, and polished graphic presentation are therefore critical.
