Project Overview
Engage an interior designer to deliver a buildable design package for the Courtyard and Ensuite, including layout, services coordination, and finishes.

You will receive all dimensions, current services locations, video/3D Polycam & rough layout (courtyard however i am looking for more of a direction from the freelancer)

Reference Sizes (Indicative Only)
• Courtyard: 5000mm x 3500mm
• Ensuite: 3000mm x 1200mm
Note: Final confirmed dimensions will be issued to the successful consultant.

• Master plan and detailed plan view
• Elevations and retaining wall detail
• Falls plan with strip drainage layout
• Plumbing and electrical plans
• Services schedule
• Planting, materials and finishes schedule
• Allowance for future above-ground plunge pool (Stage Two)
• 3D renders (2–3 views)

3. TIMELINE

• Ensuite: Complete design from start to final issue within 6 days
• Courtyard: Concept plan within 4 days, with full master plan issued 3–4 days following concept approval

• Drawings to be clear, dimensioned, and buildable
• Coordination with relevant Australian Standards
• Issue in PDF format (A3 preferred)
• Include revisions as required
