Office Building Architectural Design
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
Looking for someone with experience in develop a base Revit model reflecting the existing conditions, suitable for use during the design stages.
The model is expected to include the preparation of a site plan showing property boundaries. Boundary information may be sourced from publicly available data (e.g. council records or online mapping sources).
All elements within the model are to be drawn in the correct Revit phase, specifically Existing, with no proposed or new elements included at this stage.
The model is expected to include, as a minimum:
• External and internal walls
• Doors and windows
• Floor levels, including changes in height and steps
• Staircases and handrails
• Ceilings and bulkheads (where visible or identifiable)
• Existing toilet layouts, including partitions, fixtures, and fittings
• Fire and life safety elements, including:
o Exit signs
o Emergency lighting (where identifiable)
o Smoke detectors
o Fire extinguishers and hose reels (if visible)
• Mechanical elements, including visible air-conditioning components such as diffusers, grilles, and return air grilles (depending on the site)
• Basic annotation and coordination to clearly document existing conditions
