New Traditional Apartment Construction

I need new construction for an apartment above a shop, focusing on a traditional architectural style. The design should incorporate an open floor plan, multiple bedrooms, and energy-efficient systems. Additionally, I am interested in integrating smart features into the apartment

I’ve uploaded a link from Pinterest. this floor plan is almost perfect except for the RV side has to be on the left for my property. I also need there to be a washer and dryer as well as a full bathroom in the garage shop. I really want the main bay area to be a wood shop. upstairs I’d like some porch space it can either be out front or maybe like a porch in the middle with the building all around it , as my property is bordered on the if you’re facing the building on the right and the back . I have a 26 foot keystone RV that needs to fit in the RV side. I can send you the model number if that’s helpful. One of the bedrooms can be smaller than the other as it would really function like an office most of the time but otherwise a small guest room. I’m thinking the overall size could be 50 or 40 feet wide by 30 feet deep. Hopefully I’ll be able to do the 40 x 30 but I might be able to go a little wider.
