New Home Architectural Drawings -- 2
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m preparing to build a new home and I need a full set of architectural drawings to guide the entire construction process and obtain permits. The project is a ground-up new build, so I’m starting with a clean slate—no existing plans to modify.
Here’s what I expect as the final package:
1. Design should be acceptable to obtain building permission in rajpur barwani, madhya pradesh India,
2. Detailed Basement , Ground floor , first floor and terrace design is required.
3. Overhead water tank, sewage tank, ground water tank and borewell recharge system, staircase needs to be in the design.
4. On ground floor there should be some space for dedicated garden and the shop along with the residential unit comprises of bedroom, kitchen and living room and washrooms.
5. I need atleast 2 drawings as an option to select.
If you routinely produce permit-ready drawings and can collaborate on design decisions such as room flow, natural light, and façade options, let’s talk. I’m open to your guidance on style and materials, and I’m ready to move quickly once we settle on a scope and timeline.
