NFPA 13D Duplex Sprinkler Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m ready to submit permit drawings for a new duplex (between 2,000 and 4,000 sq ft total) that will be protected by one shared public water service. What I still need is a complete, code-compliant fire sprinkler layout that satisfies every requirement of NFPA 13D—from head placement right through to hydraulic demand.
You’ll receive the architectural DWGs and the latest city flow-test data as soon as we start. Using those, please prepare sealed, installation-ready plans, pipe sizing, and calculations that clearly demonstrate our system meets the 13D density criteria without relying on tanks or wells. If a small booster pump appears unavoidable, flag it in the calcs and note the specifications; otherwise, design for direct connection to the public main.
To keep the city reviewer and my installer happy, I need:
• PDF plans and hydraulic calculation sheets suitable for permit submittal
• The same plans in editable DWG (AutoCAD) format
• A material and cut-sheet schedule that matches the design
I’m available for quick clarifications and can turn comments around fast so we stay on schedule. Let me know your estimated turnaround time and any additional info you’ll need to get started.
