Multifamily Structural Engineering Plans
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m moving forward with a new residential construction project—specifically, a multi-family building—and I need a qualified civil/structural engineer to take the lead on the structural design.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Complete structural calculations and load analysis for a multi-unit structure (foundations through roof).
• Code-compliant drawings stamped for submission to local authorities, ready for permit review.
• Coordination notes for the architect and MEP teams so everything integrates smoothly on site.
• A concise summary report highlighting materials, design assumptions, and any special considerations.
I can supply the architectural floor plans and site information as soon as we start. Please have experience with multi-family projects, be comfortable working to current IBC and local amendments, and use industry-standard software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or STAAD. If this sounds like your wheelhouse, let’s talk schedule and milestones so we can break ground on time.
