Multi-Family AutoCAD Structural Plans
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m working on a new multi-family residential building and now need the full set of structural drawings produced in AutoCAD. The architectural layout is locked in; what’s missing are clear, code-compliant structural plans that my local permitting office and contractor can build from.
To keep the process straightforward, the deliverables are:
• Foundation plan with all footings, slab details, rebar schedules and notes ready for permit submission
• Floor framing plan showing beam sizes, joist spacing, headers, column locations and connection call-outs
• Roof framing plan indicating rafters/trusses, ridge details, tie-downs and any required uplift hardware
All sheets must be laid out on my title block (DWG will be supplied), include section cuts, typical details and material specs, and be returned in both DWG and print-ready PDF format. Please model everything natively in AutoCAD—no exports from other platforms—to ensure layering and line-weight standards remain intact.
I’ll be available for quick clarifications and will review redlines within 24 hours so we can keep momentum.
Once the three plans above pass my review and any required revisions, the project is complete.
