Modern Triplex Villa Plans

I’m looking for an architect or designer to create preliminary concept drawings for my personal triplex villa. These drawings will be used to collect quotations from builders, so they need to be clear enough for estimating but not full civil/working drawings.

Plot Details:
• Size: 40×60 feet
• Facing: North
• Location: Andhra Pradesh, India

Villa Requirements:
• Triplex villa
• 5 bedrooms with attached baths
• Dedicated home theatre room
• Lift provision
• Modern elevation style
• Parking space
• Living + dining, kitchen, utility & balconies as per design

Scope Needed (Concept Level Only):
1. Floor plans for all levels with room dimensions
2. Basic structural layout (column grid, stair & lift placement)
3. Front elevation concept
4. Approximate built-up area

Not Required at This Stage:
• Electrical drawings
• Plumbing & sanitary drawings
• Detailed structural drawings
• 3D rendered elevation
• Door/window schedule

Deliverables:
• PDF + source files (DWG preferred)
• 2–3 design options would be ideal

What I’m Looking For:
• Someone with experience in residential villa planning
• Good sense of modern elevation design
• Fast and clear communication
