I need a draftsman to draw me up some plans for an extension so that I can get some quotes from builders to see if it will be a viable option.
Currently have a 150sqm house that we plan to add an additional 130sqm. The extension will be 3 children’s rooms, a rumpus room and a master with ensuite, WIR and office.
