I'm seeking detailed architectural plans and high-quality renderings for a modern L-shaped home.
Plot size is around 500sqm, square, corner plot, and house should be about 220sqm (two floors, three bedrooms, pool, and basement).
Requirements:
- Areas to include: Living areas, Bedrooms, Kitchen and Dining
- Renderings should show both exterior and interior views.
- Preferred materials: Glass and Concrete
Ideal Skills:
- Strong background in modern architecture
- Proficiency in creating detailed and realistic architectural renderings
- Experience with glass and concrete materials
