I am looking for an experienced architect or architectural designer to create a modernized version of the house shown in the attached floor plan and illustration. The goal is to keep the general layout and concept of the original design, but update it to a contemporary aesthetic, with improved functionality, materials, and flow.
What I Need:
A modern reinterpretation of the exterior architecture with sustainable material(Low cost)
Clean, contemporary lines
Modern roof design(Metal preferable)
Updated materials (Concrete Bricks)
Improved façade proportions
Updated floor plan (keeping the original spirit)
Preserve the general structure and room positions where possible.
Modern kitchen layout
Enlarged master bathroom
Modern circulation and open-concept living areas
