Modern Office-Residence Design Plans
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m preparing to erect a two-storey building that must fully comply with relevant Indian Government and IS Codes. The ground floor will function as an office, while the first floor will host a spacious residential unit (1 BHK, two rooms, each with an attached bathroom). I favour a clean, modern aesthetic built primarily in concrete, brick and steel.
For the office level I already have an overall concept in mind and will share my preferred layout once we start; I’m leaning toward an open, collaborative environment but am happy to refine the arrangement with professional input. The residence above should feel airy and generous, not the typical compact flat.
Your scope covers the complete design package—from initial architectural drawings through structural details, right down to boundary-wall reinforcement—and one photorealistic 3D rendering so stakeholders can visualise the finished structure.
Deliverables
• Architectural drawings: floor plans, elevations, sections (GF office, FF residence, boundary wall)
• Structural drawings stamped for IS Code compliance, ready for submission
• Bill of quantity
• One high-quality 3D exterior rendering (showing both floors and boundary wall)
