Modern Multi-Story Structural Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m developing a modern, multi-story residence and need a complete reinforced-concrete structural package. I will provide the architectural plans as soon as an NDA is in place; from there, I’m looking for an engineer who can run the analysis, size every member, and translate the results into clear construction documents.
The core of the job involves:
• Full structural analysis for gravity, wind, and seismic loads in line with local codes
• Detailed drawings—foundations, columns, beams, slabs, stairs, and roof—delivered in editable DWG and print-ready PDF
• Bar-bending schedules, material take-offs, and a calculation report suitable for plan-check review
• Availability to answer occasional RFIs once construction starts
I’m comfortable if you work in ETABS, STAAD, SAP2000, or a comparable tool, as long as the final output is coordinated with the architectural set and free of clashes.
Acceptance criteria
1. All concrete members are code-compliant and efficiently sized.
2. Drawings align perfectly with the architectural layout.
3. All files and reports are delivered by the agreed deadline in the specified formats.
