Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I'm looking for an architect to design a modern, three-story residential building on a 1050 sq ft plot. The design should incorporate stucco exterior finishes and tiled interiors.
Requirements:
- Ground Floor (500 sq ft): One hall, one bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. The rest of the ground floor should be allocated for parking.
- First Floor: Two bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a hall, kitchen, and study room, plus one common bathroom in the hall.
- Second Floor: Two portions, each with one bedroom, one bathroom, a hall, and a kitchen.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in modern architectural design
- Experience with stucco materials
- Knowledge of efficient space utilization in multi-story buildings
- Proficiency in creating functional and aesthetic tiled flooring layouts
