Modern Indian Home Map Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
My residential plot falls in the 1,000–2,000 sq ft bracket and I want to make the most of every square foot with a clean, Modern aesthetic, all on a single story. I already have a rough idea of the room count and sizes, but I need a trained architect from India to translate those notes into a professional house map that can go straight to the local authority for approval and then to the builder.
Here’s what I need from you:
• A fully dimensioned floor plan that respects Indian setback norms and optimises light, ventilation and circulation.
• Wall-to-wall furniture layout so I can gauge space utilisation before locking the plan.
• Basic electrical and plumbing points indicated for on-site coordination.
• One exterior elevation or 3D view that captures the modern façade I’m after.
• Deliverables in PDF for quick sharing and the original CAD file (DWG or equivalent) for future edits.
