100 Modern House Plans- 2D (Lump Sum fixed Price)
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I need a full batch of 80–100 basic architectural plans for modern single-family homes. Each plan should stand on its own as a buildable concept while remaining straightforward enough for quick review and adaptation.
Scope of work
• Produce 80–100 individual plan sets featuring modern styling—clean lines, flat or low-pitched roofs, simple forms, and an emphasis on functional layouts.
• Limit the complexity: I want practical, code-compliant concepts rather than highly customized showpieces.
Required content per plan
• Dimensioned floor plan (ground level; add 1 upper level).
• Four exterior elevations with minimal detailing.
• Basic door, window, and finish schedules.
• Files delivered both in editable CAD (DWG or RVT) and print-ready PDF.
General guidelines
• Floor areas may vary, but keep typical footprints between 1,200 ft² and 2,500 ft².
I have attached a sample. Clear layer naming, consistent graphic standards, and timely communication are essential for smooth hand-off.
