Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a full architectural plan for a modern-style home with 4–5 bedrooms. The design should reflect clean lines, abundant natural light, and functional flow throughout each space.
Key points to incorporate
• Modern aesthetic inside and out—think simple geometry, large glazing, and minimal ornamentation.
The workable plot dimension after excluding setbacks is 38' (frontage) * 59' (depth) and it north faced. The plan has to be vastu compliant.
• Four to five well-proportioned bedrooms, including a primary suite with walk-in closet and ensuite bath.
• An open concept on the main floor that seamlessly links kitchen, dining, and living zones, maintaining sightlines and flexibility.
• Thoughtful circulation and storage solutions so the layout feels spacious, not sprawling.
• Scaled drawings suitable for permitting: floor plans, elevations, roof plan, and basic site placement.
• A brief material palette suggestion to reinforce the modern look (e.g., concrete render, timber accents, black-framed windows).
