Modern House Full Architectural Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
The plot for this project measures 9.1 m × 18.3 m and I need a complete set of architectural drawings that respect a constant 1.5 m setback from every boundary wall. The villa will be modern in character with glass as the dominant exterior wall material, so please let those choices inform façade rhythm, glazing proportions and shading solutions.
Functional programme
• Underground level: laundry, maid’s room and generous storage.
• Ground level: living room, two bedrooms and a fully separate kitchen (no open-plan connection).
• First level: five self-contained master bedrooms.
• Roof level: a bedroom with its own living area, dressing room and an office.
Scope of work
– Full dimensional floor plans for each level showing room distribution, circulation and furniture hints.
– Architectural layout drawings suitable for local permitting.
– Elevations and at least one modern exterior concept view illustrating the glass-forward façade treatment (optional but appreciated).
– All structural grids and key dimensions clearly called out in metres.
Deliverables
1. PDF sheets ready for printing at A3.
2. Native CAD files in DWG format, layered and clean.
I will review the plans against the brief above, focusing on correct setbacks, accurate room count and the separate-kitchen requirement before releasing final approval. Looking forward to collaborating on a sleek, light-filled modern residence.
