Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need an architect to design a modern, high-end apartment block with the following requirements:
# Diani Villa Development — Project Plan
Premium 2 villa apartment buildings one with a Santorini/Cycladic white-cubist Mediterranean look and another with a Bali tropical-modern** (timber, thatch, indoor-outdoor cross ventilation flow)
**Location:** Diani Beach, Kwale County, Kenya

## 1. Context & Goal
Develop **high-end short-let apartments** will be a mixture of amartments (single + 2-bedroom) for Airbnb / Booking.com across each:
- 3 floors + a **rooftop** (sundeck, pool option, grill, bar, outdoor dining, shade sails)
- Its own **common swimming pool** (ground or rooftop)
- Maximum greenery, **live fences** between buildings
- Ground-floor units get a **private green outdoor area** (hammock / grill / lounge)
- Maximum privacy between units (entrances & windows)
- Every bedroom **en-suite**; **open kitchen** into living/dining; minimal internal walls for spaciousness
- **A/C** In each apartment and the cooling units hung on the balconies outside the bedrooms or living rooms
- The master bedroom can have a jacuzzi like shown in the picture
- Parking outside for 6 vehicles (sliding gate to preserve space) The roof of the parking can be the solar panels
- **Solar panel** space;
- Rooftop **shade sails**
- Fitness center on the rooftop

- **Climate:** Hot, humid, equatorial. ~26–33 °C year-round. Long rains Mar–May, short rains Oct–Dec.
- **Winds:** *Kusi* (SE monsoon, Apr–Oct, cooler/stronger) and *Kaskazi* (NE monsoon, Nov–Mar, hot). **Orient living spaces & balconies to capture SE breezes** for passive cooling.
- **Sun:** Near-overhead equatorial sun → shade E/W facades; rooftop shade sails and deep eaves essential.
- **Existing trees:** Mature canopy on site — **preserve where possible** for instant greenery and shade.
a few extra details, no elevator. feel free to mix the 2 and 1 bedroom units per floor for balance if required. material will be concrete and stone
