Modern Family Home Design Plan
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I’d like a fresh, modern concept for a family home that balances clean lines with practical day-to-day comfort. The goal is to receive a complete set of drawings and visualizations that make it easy for a builder to understand room flow, facade treatment, and material suggestions—from the entryway through to the backyard.
I already know I want a modern architectural style; no rustic beams or traditional ornamentation. Think open-plan living areas, generous glazing, and a strong indoor-outdoor connection that works for family life. Sustainability features such as passive shading, good insulation strategies, and provision for rooftop solar are welcome but don’t have to dominate the aesthetic.
Key deliverables I’d like to see:
• Scaled floor plans showing all living spaces, kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms
• A concise materials/finishes palette to guide selections during construction
Please keep file formats builder-friendly (PDF).
I’ll handle local code compliance and final engineering once the concept is locked in, so focus mainly on a design that feels contemporary, warm, and family-oriented.
