Modern Concrete Apartment Design
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a complete design layout drawing for a three-storey residential building that will house five self-contained apartments, each with its own entrance. The first and second floors will hold two units apiece, while the third floor is reserved for one unit and roof open area.
Apartment programme
• 3 master bedrooms, each with an en-suite
• 6 m × 4 m guest room with private toilet
• Living room and kitchen in a partial open-plan arrangement; a divider wall should give a sense of separation without blocking light or flow
• Maid’s room with toilet
Key requirements
• Clearly defined independent entrances for every unit
• Efficient vertical circulation (stairs and/or lift) that meets code
• Concept floor plans confirming that each storey can accommodate the stated room list; final room sizes can be adjusted later once the basic massing works
• Elevations and sections illustrating façade rhythm, window placements and concrete treatment will be determined later.
