Modern Commercial Pool Design
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m planning a new pool that will serve multiple commercial facilities—a hotel, apartment complex, and on-site gym—and I want a cohesive, modern aesthetic that instantly feels high-end yet welcoming. The core concept should balance day-to-day recreational use with the durability and safety standards required for busy public spaces.
Key design direction
• Style: clean, Modern lines and finishes
• Must-have feature: integrated LED lighting for both ambiance and clear nighttime visibility
• Setting: outdoor courtyard with direct access from all three facilities
Scope of work
I’ll need a full design package that includes schematic sketches, 3D visualisations, material and equipment schedules, and construction-ready drawings with MEP coordination. Please plan circulation, decking, fencing, and code-compliant depth transitions for mixed user groups (families, lap swimmers, occasional classes). If you see a tasteful way to incorporate elements like a compact waterfall or a subtle infinity edge without breaking the modern look, feel free to flag it as an option.
Acceptance criteria
• Renderings clearly show lighting effects after dark
• Drawings meet local commercial pool code (I’ll supply regulations)
• All finish materials specified with slip resistance and maintenance notes
• PDF + editable CAD/BIM files delivered
Timeline is flexible but I’d like to review a first design pass within two weeks of kickoff.
I am a pool builder in Washington DC area , We build pools and often need a sret of drawings.
