Modern Chalet Plan & Elevation
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a clean, build-ready design package for a two-story modern chalet. The ground floor must feature an open-concept living room and kitchen; everything else is flexible, so feel free to suggest smart ways to tuck in storage, a powder room or any other functions that won’t crowd the flow.
The second level is a blank canvas—I’m open to your ideas on bedroom count, bathroom placement and balcony options, as long as the overall look stays true to a contemporary chalet aesthetic (think generous glazing, simple lines and a warm yet minimalist exterior palette).
Please deliver:
• Scaled floor plans for both levels
• Full exterior elevations (all visible faces) with basic material notes
• Files in PDF plus an editable format (DWG, RVT or similar)
All dimensions should be metric, and the drawings must be clear enough for my local architect to submit for permitting.
